First-Time Users: Enroll Online or in the App
Select “Enroll” or “First‑time user? Enroll now.” within the CIB mobile app. During enrollment, you’ll create your own Online Banking username and password.
To complete setup, we’ll send a secure identity‑verification link to the email address we have on file. For security, please open that email and complete verification using the same device and browser you used to create your credentials.
Once verified, you can access Digital Banking immediately—online and in the mobile app.
