A Faster Way to Deposit Checks.

 

With Mobile Deposit, checks can be deposited anytime, anywhere using an eligible Apple® or Android™ device. Simply take photos of the front and back of an endorsed check and submit it through the CIB mobile app.

How to Enroll

 

Mobile Deposit is available to qualified clients enrolled in Online Banking.1

 

  1. Download the free CIB mobile app.2
  2. Sign in using your Online Banking credentials.
  3. Select Deposits from the app menu.
  4. Complete the enrollment process. If qualified1, Mobile Deposit access will be activated within three business days.












































  1. Sign in to the CIB mobile app.
  2. Select Deposits from the main menu.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your check.
  4. Visit the FAQ page for additional support and deposit guidance.

Daily Limit

  • Maximum of 3 checks or $1,500 in total deposits.

Monthly Limit (Calendar Month)

  • Maximum of 10 checks or $5,000 in total deposits.

Business accounts may have different deposit limits.

Checks submitted through Mobile Deposit must be properly signed and include the endorsement: "For mobile deposit only at Citizens Independent Bank." Checks that do not meet these requirements will be rejected.
After depositing a check, retain it in a secure location for 14 days, or until the deposit has posted to your account, and then safely destroy it.
