Upgrade

IMPORTANT!

We have upgraded our systems to better serve you!

  • All deposit statements cycled on November 4th, so you will be  receiving a ‘short’ statement that is not a full month of transactions.
  • Accounts may have new statement cycle dates.
  • Online Banking and the CIB Mobile App will have a new look with enhanced features! First time logging in will be different - see below.

STATEMENTS 

  • You may receive a ‘short’ statement with a cut-off date of November 4, 2022
  • Your statement cycle may change, which will change when your statement is mailed or emailed

ONLINE BANKING

  • Online Banking will have a new look, easier navigation and many new enhancements. Check them out! We will send a separate email with additional information soon after the upgrade.
  • If you have bookmarked a link directly to the online banking log-in, it will no longer work. You will need to access your account through www.bankcib.com
  • Your username and password will remain the same.
  • After the upgrade, the first time you access your accounts you will be asked to follow an enhanced log-in process.
  • Any alerts previously set up will need to be re-entered. We apologize for this inconvenience.
  • Scheduled online transfers will continue as normal.

MOBILE BANKING APP

  • After the upgrade, the app will prompt you to download the new app. Once completed, please delete the old one from your device.
  • The Mobile Banking App will have a new look, easier navigation and many new enhancements. Check them out! We will send a separate email with additional information soon after the upgrade.
  • After the upgrade, the first time you access your accounts you will be guided to set up multi-factor authentication for security.
  • The first time you log in you will need your existing username and password - fingerprint and face recognition will not work until you verify username and password.
  • Any alerts previously set up will need to be re-entered. We apologize for this inconvenience.
  • Scheduled online transfers will continue as normal.
