Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Commitment to You

We recognize, respect and protect the personal privacy rights of all our customers. We realize that our customers entrust us with personal information and it is our policy to maintain our customers' information in a confidential manner. That is why we have adopted the following privacy principles.

Confidentiality and Security of Nonpublic Personal Information

We restrict access to "nonpublic personal information" about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. Nonpublic personal information is nonpublic information about you that we obtain in connection with providing you a financial product or service. For example, nonpublic personal information includes information regarding your account balance, payment history, and overdraft history.

Nonpublic Personal Information We Collect

We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources

  • Information we receive from you on applications or other forms.
  • Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others.
  • Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.

Nonpublic Personal Information We Disclose

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone, except as permitted by law. If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will adhere to the privacy principles described herein.

Exception for Joint Marketing and Service Providers

We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.

Maintaining Privacy over the Internet

When you access our website and are either submitting inquiry information to us or requesting account information from us we use a technology called Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to provide for encrypted communications. We do not use SSL technology with other forms of communication on our website, such as with e-mail.

Messages sent by regular non-encrypted Internet electronic mail (e-mail) may not be secure, might be intercepted by third parties and might not be immediately received by the appropriate department or individual at the bank. A "receipt" acknowledgment on an electronic mail message means only that the message has been routed into the Internet, not that the message has been received by us.

Except as specifically agreed by us or required by law, we will not be subject to any obligations of confidentiality regarding, or liability for losses or damages incurred as a result of, communications sent through non-secure channels. For confidential or urgent communications, please contact us by phone at 952-926-6561, visit us in person, or use U.S. mail.

The Use of Computerized Identifiers

We may use "cookies" to enhance our services and provide you with a more effective website. Cookies are computerized identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your web browser to enable our computer systems to recognize your computer. If you access our Internet banking products and services, we place a cookie on the hard drive of your computer. We do not combine any personally identifying information about you with this cookie. Cookies help us forward information of interest to you and help to prevent repetition of information being provided to you.

The Protection of Children’s Policy

We do not intend to collect personal information about children. If your child has submitted personal information and you would like that information to be removed, you may contact us by phone at 952-926-6561 and we will use reasonable efforts to comply with your request.

Maintaining Accurate Customer Information

We strive to keep our records of your information accurate, and we will respond promptly when we learn of the need for corrections. If you ever notice that your information is not complete, accurate or current, please call us at 952-926-6561.
