In addition, you are able to view all of your transaction activity online. We have three options available to fit any business size.
Processing Options
Electronic Draft Capture
Our most common method of processing… With the electronic method, a Point Of Sale (POS) terminal is used for submitting credit card transaction information electronically to the bank.
DialPay Capture
For our low volume merchants… The DialPay method may make the most sense. An imprinter is used to take a manual imprint of your customer’s card. Then, this information is transmitted to the bank using a phone line.
PC Based Capture
An additional processing method … The PC Based method uses your PC and must be certified by TSYS/fka/Vital Merchant Services. Payment applications need to be validated against Visa's Payment Applications Best Practices (PABP). The software application must meet the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
